Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? IE University's Business School is looking for an Associate Director Master in Management Programs to join its team!
The Masterin Management Program (MIM) is one of IE Business School's flagship programs. It is a full-time, 11-month program, which can be pursued in English or Bilingual. The program is geared toward recent graduates looking for an innovative, internationally acclaimedmaster'sprogram in management. It enrolls approximately 650 students per year, in two intakes (September and January), with up to 65 nationalities per intake.
The Associate Directors are key members of the program management team and report to the Executive Director of the Masterin Management Program.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - María de Molina 31.
ResponsibilitiesYour role as Associate Director will involve:
- Responsible for the daily management as well as thestudentinformation and experience throughout the program
- Responsible fora number oftransversalprojects (e.g.Internationalexchanges, internships,capstoneproject,dualdegrees...)
- Interaction with students and faculty either in personal face-to- facemeetings, via email or other platforms as well as presentations and info sessions to sections or the entire cohort.
Maintain a professional and friendly,customerorientedapproach in this interaction. - Implement andmaintainprogram best practices and policies.
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Master's degree desirable.
- Good organizational skills. Attention to detail.
- Fluency (written & oral) in English and Spanish is a must.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of operations and/or project management experience. Good knowledge of the Higher Education industry is a plus.
- Occasional international travel (1 per year)
