Skills/Qualifications

PhD in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Management, Innovation, or a closely related field.
Relevance and quality of scientific publications (journals, books, chapters).
Demonstrated expertise in quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Experience in securing research funding is a plus.

Specific Requirements

Willingness to contribute to the academic community through teaching and mentorship.

Participation in international projects.
