About the Role
A leading international luxury brand is seeking a  Senior Training Manager  to lead the development and delivery of global product education across its retail network.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will transform seasonal collections into engaging training experiences that build product expertise, strengthen client engagement, and support commercial performance across international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Product Training
Develop comprehensive product training content for seasonal collections across multiple product categories.
Translate technical product information into engaging, retail-focused learning materials.
Identify knowledge gaps within retail teams and create training solutions to address them.
Partner with digital learning teams to develop e-learning modules and mobile learning content.
Deliver product training sessions, workshops, and collection presentations for global and regional teams.
Integrate styling guidance, product expertise, and client engagement techniques into all training materials.

Training Strategy & Commercial Impact
Align training initiatives with commercial objectives and retail performance goals.
Ensure learning content supports strong product knowledge, customer experience, and sales excellence.
Measure the effectiveness of training programmes and continuously refine content based on feedback and business performance.
Maintain consistency of product messaging across all markets.

Global Training Support
Deliver seasonal train-the-trainer programmes for regional learning teams.
Support onboarding and foundational learning programmes for retail employees.
Provide training support for store openings, retail events, and key commercial launches.
Partner with regional stakeholders to adapt global training content for local market needs while maintaining global consistency.

Content Development & Knowledge Management
Coordinate the creation and management of product training assets, including photography and supporting materials.
Maintain an organised global library of training resources and learning tools.
Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across international training teams.
Continuously explore innovative learning methods and best practices in retail education.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years' experience in product training, retail learning, or commercial training within a luxury, premium, or consumer brand environment.
Proven experience designing and delivering engaging learning programmes for international audiences.
Strong understanding of modern learning methodologies, including blended and digital learning.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
Fluent English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint or equivalent presentation software.
Highly organised with excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
Commercially minded with a strong understanding of the retail environment.
Passion for product, craftsmanship, design, and customer experience.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities across an international business.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
