The school now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Secondary Humanities Teacher (Geography Specialism) to join our fantastic team.

The Class Teacher is at the heart of life at TEMS, inspiring a genuine love of learning within a Montessori-informed environment that nurtures independence, curiosity and confidence. You will deliver engaging and inclusive lessons, maintain high expectations for all students and use effective assessment to support progress and achievement. Working closely with families, you will build strong relationships that support each child's academic, social and emotional development.

The successful candidate will create a positive and stimulating classroom environment, champion student wellbeing, uphold the highest safeguarding standards and contribute fully to the wider life, values and strategic priorities of the school.

This is a permanent, part-time role.

We are seeking an outstanding and committed teacher who holds a Bachelor's degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or an internationally recognised equivalent, with experience teaching across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. You will have a strong understanding of A Level and/or International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes and be a native English speaker, or possess an equivalent level of fluency. Spanish language skills and an existing right to work in the EU would be advantageous.

Above all, you will demonstrate personal drive, integrity and resilience, alongside excellent partnership-working and influencing skills. You will be an analytical thinker who is committed to developing others, holding yourself and colleagues to high standards, and making a positive contribution to the wider school community.
