This position is fully remote CET ±2h or Barcelona-based.
Role  We are looking for a Senior Game Developer - Player Experience and Game Feel, passionate about delivering unforgettable player experiences. You will craft highly polished, satisfying, and responsive features that elevate how players feel the game, from moment-to-moment gameplay to UI/UX and overall flow. You will work closely with Designers, Artists, and other Developers to bring ideas to life with precision and care.

You will own features end-to-end, ensuring every interaction feels great to play.
What You ll Do   Build and iterate on player-facing features across gameplay, metagame, and UI
Write robust, maintainable and extensible code, used by millions of players worldwide
Polish and refine systems with a strong focus on feel, clarity, and delight
Work hand-in-hand with design and art teams to bring ideas from concept to final implementation
Maintain smooth performance and high-quality experiences across a wide range of devices
Contribute to the overall quality bar of the game, ensuring every player touchpoint feels great.

Profile   5+ years of experience in Unity (or equivalent engine)
Strong sense of gameplay feel and great attention to detail
Excellent programming skills, clean coding practices, and a strong ability to contribute to scalable architectures
Proven track record of shipping high-quality mobile games with strong player experience focus

Experience with shaders and VFX
Fluent in English, with great collaboration and communication skills
Nice-to-have   Familiarity with mobile performance optimization
Background in responsive controls and satisfying interactions
