• Apply for required event licenses and permits through Spanish authorities, adhering to local event regulations.
• Oversee on-site setup and event production to ensure flawless execution.
• Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Handle a wide range of events from intimate corporate gatherings to large-scale festivals or conferences.
• Manage logistics and maintain accurate inventory control for all event-related assets.

• Well-connected with Spanish suppliers, contractors, and venue partners.
• Strong practical knowledge of AV equipment and event technology.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to make well-informed decisions independently.
• Crisis management experience in fast-paced event settings.
• Efficient with time and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
