We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactiveGaming Performance Executive to join our team. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with compliance, commercial, and operations teams to ensure the seamless delivery and release of our casino content roadmap across multiple jurisdictions. You will collaborate closely with our compliance team and casino suppliers, oversee content planning with our gaming operations team, and manage the implementation of commercial partnerships.

Additionally, you will be responsible for executing site plans for your regions, optimizing promotional banners, navigation tools, and content placement while staying up to date with industry trends and innovations in online gaming.

• Is organized and process-driven, capable of managing multiple workflows and stakeholders concurrently.
• Has keen interest in the industry.
• Has an analytical mindset and proficiency in using data-driven insights tomake informed decisions and drive performance.
• Creating a feedback loop with country leads to identify and fix customerfriction points.
• Has the ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with teamslocated in different regions.

• Cross functional working with compliance, commercial and operations.
• Working with our compliance team and casino suppliers to ensure smooth delivery and release of our casino content roadmap across
  multiple jurisdictions.
• Working closely with our gaming operations team to ensure content roadmaps are well planned to facilitate the game release process.
• Managing the implementation of commercial partnerships across the sites.
• Responsible for executing site plans for your respective regions, including the promotional banners, navigation tools and content
  placement.
• Stay updated with industry & local trends, innovations, and best practices in online gaming.
