Responsibilities

The Structured Finance Middle Office division plays a key role in the success of SG CIB’s activities.

Our teams work closely with major market players (international clients, banks, clearing houses, regulators ...). They ensure the quality and reliability of the operations that the bank executes on behalf of clients around the world, in compliance with international regulations and the highest ethical standards.

This offer is located in Madrid, where we have a dynamic organization, living a changing moment which require unmatched talent to be part of our goals.

• Agency operational monitoring for the main business lines IS located in SG GBIS Madrid, for EMEA perimeter.

• The preclosing viability of the contracts to be signed according to LMA standards.
• The KYC requirements and internal procedures.
• The post-closing monitoring of the operation life including covenants.
• The Agency management in the three locations Madrid, Frankfurt and Milan on all Structured finance Business lines.
• To ensure a timely warning & advice to the BO in Paris and Bangalore of the characteristics of the deals.
• To maintain a close relationship with clients, Paris central teams performing transversal roles, and local regulators in Madrid, Frankfurt and Milan.

Studies & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics or similar.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Back Office and/or Middle Office of Structured Finance.

• English: C1.

• LOANIQ expert.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power
  
  BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. He/She must communicate clearly and effectively with clients/ Teams in Spain and abroad.
• Able to work in different projects simultaneously, he/she must be able to organize and manage their time under supervision of a senior manager.
• Demonstrated work ethic, positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
