*** Department Overview
** The Capital and Liquidity Management team provides liquidity and capital risk monitoring and reporting. This includes ensuring sufficient liquidity is available for all time critical and routine business and client payments as well as enough capital to absorb losses and meet regulatory requirements.

The department closely interacts with the Finance, the Risk, and the Operations teams to address any liquidity and capital related issues. The team also monitors potential trigger events, assists collateral management, produces liquidity and capital projections and stress testing.
** Job Overview
** The Junior Capital and Liquidity Analyst is responsible for the reporting automation, stress test projects and other automation projects of the department. The job holder will be responsible for collaborating in the automation and execution of reporting and other projects of the department to ensure compliance with the group’s Liquidity and Capital Risk Management Framework.
** Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
*** Working with the Risk Department to develop and to apply stress tests to the group’s liquidity positions
* Proactively managing cash flows to ensure the liquidity levels are maintained within the Liquidity Risk Management Framework thresholds
* Gathering expense and other data from across the business to use within liquidity forecasts
* Developing the stress test cash flow forecasting schedule and reports
* Participating in the development of different automation projects within the department like the stress test
** Business Knowledge / Technical Skills
*** Be self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
* Must have strong communications skills (written and verbal)
* Strong analytical skills and ability to deal with large data sets
* Good understanding of financial products
* Ability to organise workload to meet tight deadlines and to prioritize accordingly
* Demonstrable experience of working on several projects simultaneously
* Ability to work in a dynamic business
* Ability and willingness to see tasks through to completion
* Credibility in dealing with clients and colleagues across a complex organisation with different cultures and geographies
** Systems / Knowledge Skills
*** MS Office (including Excel, VBA, PowerPoint)
* Python, Power Query, SQL
* Databases – FXDB (In House)
* HR Systems - Workday
** Languages
* ** High standard of oral & written English and Spanish is mandatory
* Fluency in other European languages (e.g. Dutch, French, Luxembourgish etc.) is desirable
