In this mission, we are searching for our business area Loan Management in Madrid an employee with immediate effect as

• You are responsible for the analysis, optimisation, documentation and controlling of processes. Thereby you ensure consistent data, resolve quality issues and standardise terminology. You also support in the implementation of efficient processes.
• The creation and further development of management reports, evaluations and benchmarks for process and quality control is also one of your main tasks.
• You manage or collaborate in (IT) projects or take over the coordination of project offices and support in new product and change processes.
• Working closely with internal and external units (e.g. audit, risk, compliance, IT) and supporting managers and teams in operational and strategic matters is also in your responsibility.
• Acting as a contact person for specific questions within the team is a matter of course for you.

• Completed degree in economics or computer science or comparable training acquired in practice (e.g. banking apprenticeship, banking specialist, IT specialist).
• Many years of professional experience in the credit, compliance or operations environment of a bank.
• Very good knowledge of regulatory requirements and banking processes.
• Project Management skills.
• Confident use of IT banking systems and MS Office.
• Fluent in English language; another European language is an advantage.
