HQ - Finance Analyst; Corporate

We’re looking for an exceptional Finance Analyst to join our Finance Corporate team at Job&Talent, a global leader in workforce solutions for essential workers. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to financial planning, reporting, and decision-making processes, supporting strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence across the company.

As a key member of the Finance Corporate team, you will analyze financial performance, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide insights that help shape the company’s strategy. You’ll work closely with Finance Managers, Senior Analysts, and other stakeholders to translate financial data into actionable insights that inform business decisions.

• 2+ years of experience in Business Consulting at top firms (Deloitte, KPMG, EY, PwC...etc)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for business stakeholders
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally
• English level: C1 or higher
• Preferred location:
  Madrid

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decisions
• Collaborate with Finance Managers, Senior Analysts, and other teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Participate in process improvements to streamline financial workflows and reporting
