Head of Accounting​/Finance Lead

, we are looking for a senior finance leader to take ownership of our accounting and financial operations from kwakel Madrid, playing a key role in the financial governance and performance of our international platform.

This is a high-impact leadership role within a growing hospitality investment and development group, with direct exposure to senior management and close collaboration with our US-based finance team.

You will lead the finance and accounting function in Spain, overseeing a multi‑entity structure across Spain and the US. While strongly rooted in accounting and compliance, the role requires a broader finance mindset, ownership of financial outcomes, and the ability to support கொண்ட strategic decision‑making.

On‑site Monday–Thursday (Madrid office) + remote Fridays.

• End‑to‑end ownership of accounting and financial reporting
• Consolidation, treasury, liquidity and cash‑flow management
• Financial governance, controls, audits and tax compliance
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial monitoring across SPVs and projects'h1>
• Leadership of the Madrid‑based finance team
• Close coordination with senior leadership and the US finance team

• Senior finance professional with a strong accounting backbone
• Experience in multi‑entity / group environments
• Big Four + industry background highly valued
• Hands‑on, structured, ownership‑driven
• Full professional English required
