Our client is an international organization operating across the energy and infrastructure sectors, currently expanding its activities in several regions. The company is strengthening its Project Finance capabilities to support large‑scale investments, enhance financial structuring, and ensure the successful execution of strategic transactions across a diversified project pipeline.

• Lead the execution of international Project Finance and M&A transactions.
• Coordinate external advisors and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
• Review, refine, and execute advanced financial models.
• Evaluate investment opportunities across energy and infrastructure assets.
• Conduct sensitivity analyses and assess key financial drivers.
• Prepare materials for internal decision‑making bodies.
• Apply strong market knowledge to support strategic positioning and commercial processes.

• + 10 years' experience in energy, infrastructure, or other capital‑intensive sectors, with exposure to international environments.
• Proven track record leading complex Project Finance and M&A transactions.
• Advanced financial modelling capabilities.
• Strong command of US GAAP; familiarity with other international frameworks is valued.
• Excellent English (C1); additional European languages are an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage advisors and coordinate multifaceted transactions.
• Solid understanding of long‑term market dynamics and investment fundamentals.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
