** 1.
Reporting & Compliance
*** Responsible for the administration and coordination of all bank account requests from internal departments.
* Provides support to internal teams and manages incoming KYC inquiries from banks, ensuring effective coordination with Banking Operations and Operational Treasury.
* Manages KYC requests submitted by banks, ensuring complete documentation and accurate gathering of all needed approvals.
* Assists in ensuring the organization remains aligned with changing regulatory frameworks, particularly in relation to anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
* Ensures banks and commercial counter parties maintain updated account holder information according to legal and regulatory rules. Uses a proactive and practical approach to handle sophisticated, time-consuming tasks.
** 2. Treasury IT Systems Administration
*** Manage, maintain and update Treasury Management Systems, ensuring timely receipt and accuracy of information.
* Assisting in the automation of payments and reporting via connectivity through the SWIFT network.
* Maintenance and updating of secure online documentation databases.
* Maintaining accurate and proper records, leading all aspects of document and record management, and being responsible for related administrative processes.
* Handling documentation for bank account opening, closing, and update requests, ensuring completeness and accurate collation of required signatures.
** Experience*
* · 1 year of experience in a Treasury or AP function in an international environment.
· Great teammate:
Ability to work in a multinational, collaborative environment.
** Tools & Systems
*** Advantageous to bring proven experience in TMS systems (Kyriba, SAP TR, XRT, FIS, etc…).
* Valuable to have: E-banking platforms
* Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, power point)
* Database management and document control
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
* Ability to handle several tasks and deadlines
* Basic understanding of SWIFT and payment automation processes
** Reporting & Compliance
*** Great to have: 1st experience in banking regulations, KYC, and AML requirements (ideally with a financial institution, bank or other large multinational company or organisation).
* Ability to interpret and apply evolving regulatory frameworks
* Strong communication and liaison skills with internal and external partners
* Problem-solving and a “think creatively” approach
* Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information
