A proven track record in hiring, developing, and retaining top talent is desirable.

• Lead projects to drive controllership improvements across the Finance Operations teams
• Drive quality control measures to ensure accuracy and compliance in finance operation processes and report the health of service from a Quality perspective in an insightful manner
• Develop, modify, and maintain the operational and design effectiveness of Finance Operations processes and controls
• Identify gaps across end-to-end processes and partner to implement risk-mitigating solutions
• Advise the Finance Operations team by assessing risks and controls
• Coordinate with multiple teams within Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to ensure best practices are followed and implemented
• Partner with control owners to facilitate responses to internal and external auditors
• Ensure standardization of Finance Operations policy creation, modification, and maintenance

• 2+ years of performing financial and ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools
• 8+ years of relevant finance/accounting/Payroll experience in a shared services environment
• 2+ years of directly managing and leading a team of 4+ members
• Professional Qualification (CPA/CA) including MBA degree in Accounting/Finance, or related field

• Big 4 experience and/or equivalent audit / business controls experience
