A career in our Financial Due Diligence practice, within Deals Transaction Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help organisations realise the potential of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. In short, we help some of the world’s leading companies originate, create, execute, and realise value from deals. Through data‑driven insights we help our clients move in the right direction, ensuring maximum value for their company.
Our team assists organizations with both buy‑side and sell‑side due diligence services. As part of our team, you’ll help us provide both corporate and financial buyers with peace of mind by analysing and providing your insights on all the financial assumptions being made.

Responsibilities- Financial due diligence projects, working for either the acquirer or the vendor, with both private equity houses (including some of the top worldwide names) and major international and national corporate clients.
- Critical review of the key value drivers of the business, both for the historical period and for financial projections.
- Leverage Data & Analytics tools to focus our efforts in delivering insights: provide our view on the main financial and business issues or upsides identified during our work.
- Provide support to our clients in price‑adjustment definitions and analysis.
- Degree in Business, Economics or Engineering.
- Fluent in English (day‑to‑day work will be in English).
- 2–3 years of experience in transaction services or audit departments.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Data analytics experience is a plus (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, Alteryx).
