Vice President Structured Finance and Asset Backed Securities

Job Overview

Senior Vice‑President or Director – Secured Finance & Asset Backed Securities (SFABS). 5–7 years of experience in all types of securitisation, including synthetic, with a strong focus on the Iberian market and the ability to cover other countries.

• Provide senior‑level analysis, modelling and valuation for securitisation transactions.
• Work closely with the team and relevant projects, demonstrating commitment and a strong work ethic.
• Communicate effectively in Spanish (native) and English (fluent) with internal and external stakeholders.
• Read, interpret and analyse legal documentation independently.
• Engage with rating agencies and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Contribute to the FIG sector with strategic insight and cooperation within the team.

• 5–7 years of experience in Secured Finance and Asset Backed Securities, including all types of securitisations and synthetic structures.
• Strong analytical and independent modelling capabilities; experience with Python modelling is a plus.
• Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication, negotiation and teamwork skills.
• Deep understanding of securitisation regulation and market best practices.
• Valuation expertise and ability to work independently on complex transactions.
