Your role as Business Finance Partner

Shape the financial direction of a growing business and influence decisions that impact millions of patients. As a Business Finance Partner, you will drive financial planning, forecasting, performance management and decision support for assigned business areas within the Spanish affiliate.

• Financial Planning & Forecasting:
  Drive financial planning, forecasting and business outlook activities, ensuring robust assumptions, risk transparency and alignment with affiliate targets.
• Performance Management & Decision Support:
  Deliver financial insights, transparency and recommendations that support decision‑making, resource allocation and achievement of financial targets.
• Strategic Business Partnership:
  Act as a finance partner, assisting stakeholders in understanding performance, evaluating alternatives and making informed decisions.
• Strategic Evaluations, Pricing & Commercial Business Cases:
  Responsible for financial evaluations related to pricing, launch preparations, commercial opportunities, portfolio priorities and growth initiatives.
• Capability Development & Continuous Improvement:
  Serve as a role model within Business Finance, contributing to stronger business partnering capabilities, improved ways of working and continuous development of the team.

You will join the Finance & Operations (F&O) unit, which supports the organisation by providing robust financial frameworks and driving value creation across Business Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting & Tax, Meetings & Events, Procurement and Facilities.

• A relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar.
• Solid experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Finance, Business Partnering or Business Insights & Analytics in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Experience in planning, forecasting, performance management and business case development.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at different levels.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights, including advanced Excel proficiency.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).

• Salary:
  Annual base salary ranges from 56,640 to 99,120 EUR, with placement within the range assessed during recruitment based on skills, competencies, knowledge and experience.
• Incentives and Benefits:
  The salary package may include short‑term and/or long‑term incentives and other employee benefits based on level, location, functional area and market benchmarks.
