Job Description:

The Senior Controller supports forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis activities to ensure high-quality data and financial insights for decision-making. This role works closely with Controlling Managers and Finance leaders.

Provide strategic value to the business by developing dashboards, KPIs, and business plans, evaluating and managing risks and opportunities

Assiting with Reports to Leadership:
Assist the controlling Manager in presenting reports to Stakeholders Financial Planning & Control:
Elaborate the monthly and annual financial analysis during the closing processes, as well as the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare timely monthly financial statements, analyzing data to identify results, trends, opportunities, and corrective actions.

Business Analysis (BAU):
Conduct business-as-usual analysis to support ongoing operations and decision-making.

Stakeholder Management:
Manage relationships with internal (within differente teams within finance department cash collection, accounting..etc.) and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Improving the processes to create forecasts and data analysis and other process of the controlling function and financial department.

REQUIREMENTS Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.

Work Experience5
-7 years in controlling, FP&A preferable in global organization
