As an Associate you will be part of the
** Global Export and Agency Finance
** team which leads the origination and structuring of
** Multilateral Agencies (“MLAs”)
** in close coordination with our offices in NY and Hong Kong.

Candidates must possess an outstanding academic background, an excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrate initiative, and have the judgment and confidence to work with clients, MLAs and colleagues. We are looking for a profile highly motivated and committed with the work to face a demanding work environment.

The candidate will have the opportunity to know the whole universe of financing structures and be in touch with Multilateral Agencies such as
** MIGA, IBRD, EBRD, EIB**, among others; and numerous bank products with which we regularly interact.

* To assist with business origination activities and preparation of top-quality marketing and internal materials, both from a content and visual perspective.
* Contribute to business development activities, including new MLAs products, opportunity screening and coordination with bankers and MLAs.
* Drive internal coordination processes across relevant stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, E&S, Syndication, Middle Office, Project Finance, etc.).
* Prepare high-quality internal and external materials, ensuring strong analytical content and professional presentation standards.
* To structure and execute transactions together with Multilateral Agencies.
* To execute advisory and coordination roles.
* To design new value-added solutions, as the team progresses providing more complex structures.
