This role offers the opportunity towork on some of the most relevant real estate financing and refinancing transactions in the market, supporting clients across multiple asset classes and investment strategies.
The final candidate will play a central role in transaction execution, financial analysis, preparation of client materials, and coordination with various business lines across the firm.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse financial, operational, and market information to support debt raising, refinancing, and capital structure advisory mandates.
- Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including financing memoranda, lender presentations, executive summaries, term sheet comparisons, and transaction reports.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate financing alternatives, debt capacity, leverage metrics, and transaction structures.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Investment Properties, Valuation, Research, Capital Markets, and other specialist divisions to gather and consolidate information.
- Support lender engagement processes, including preparing marketing materials, managing data requests, and tracking lender feedback.
- Conduct market research on financing trends, lender appetite, capital markets dynamics, and transaction comparables.
- Contribute proactively to business development initiatives and the continuous improvement of team processes and materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate finance, debt advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, lending, consulting, or capital markets.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
