Business Support Group - Loans H​/F

As part of our development in Spain, we are looking for a Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) to join our team based in Madrid. You will be part of the credit operations department and play a key role as an interface between clients, business lines, and operating platforms.

• Credit management
  :
  Administer credit facilities in various forms (agency, bilateral, syndicated, confirming, factoring, and forfaiting), from onboarding through ongoing monitoring.
• Documentation
  :
  Review and analyze legal and internal documentation (contracts, fee sheets, SPPI tests, etc.).
• Daily operations
  :
  Support drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, transfers, and sub-participations, as well as monitor fees, funding, and commitments.
• Systems
  :
  Book static data for new facilities, amendments, and refinancings; ensure correct execution of SWIFT payments.
• Coordination
  :
  Liaise with Back Office, external clients, agents, and participant banks; handle requests from internal and external departments.
• Reporting
  :
  Prepare periodic reports and statistics for management and head office.
• Projects
  :
  Participate in system migration and development projects related to financing and trade finance operations.
• Audit
  :
  Prepare client credit positions for external audit requests.
• Project management
  :
  Actively contribute to cross-functional initiatives within the department.

• Be less than 28 years
• Be graduated of Master Degree
• Be EU citizen (Except Spanish)
