About

the Role

As a Price Management Specialist, you will be responsible for translating complex financial agreements into precise system inputs, ensuring optimal pricing structures between Fund Houses, Clients, and Allfunds. Your expertise will help drive efficiency in managing trailer fees (Rebates & Intermediation Fees)—one of the most significant income sources for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Pricing Implementation:
  Accurately interpret and configure economic agreements in the system, ensuring compliance with financial terms.
• Financial Analysis & Optimization:
  Evaluate diverse pricing models and structures to maximize revenue while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Collaboration & Advisory:
  Act as a key liaison, working closely with internal KAMs and SALES Teams to tailor solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Impact-Driven Decision Making:
  Assess financial implications and contribute to the continuous refinement of pricing processes.

Qualifications

• Financial Acumen:
  Strong understanding of financial agreements, pricing models, and revenue optimization.
• Analytical Thinking:
  Ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions to improve pricing structures.
• Attention to Detail:
  Precision in translating agreements into system inputs and ensuring compliance.
• Strategic Mindset:
  Capable of aligning pricing decisions with broader business goals.

  Skilled in liaising with internal stakeholders (KAMs, Sales) to tailor pricing solutions.
• Excel & Data Analysis Tools:
  Advanced level in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and possibly tools like Power BI or SQL.
• Contract Interpretation:
  Ability to read and interpret financial/economic agreements.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or revenue management, ideally in financial services or asset management.
• Experience with trailer fees, rebates, and intermediation fees is a strong plus.
• Languages English fluency (likely B2 or higher), given the international scope and internal collaboration.
