Data Center Operations Manager - Systems Integrator

With the first site going operational in 2026, you will be starting the role with a blank canvas, designing processes and building your team from scratch.

Responsibilities:

• Operational management of Site Management, Chief Engineers and Technicians
• Contract and supplier management
• Operational cost management
• Create and implement multi-site maintenance plans
• Project Management (during construction phase)

Skills/Must have:

• Management experience (Facilities Manager, Chief Engineer or comparable)
• Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing technical expertise
• Experience in data center critical facilities preferred
• Fluent Spanish & English
