The

Job Description
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for the Region in line with the company's overall objectives and values.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high performance and motivation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the region to build and enhance the company s brand and market presence, ultimately driving sales growth.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors  strategies to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and manage the regional budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize sales and marketing results.
  • Monitor and analyse sales and marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as production, supply chain, and finance to ensure a smooth and successful execution of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct regular market and customer research to better understand customer needs and identify potential market gaps.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies and values.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record in consumer production companies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal competences.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of the European market.
