About the job

Domain of activities:

• Drive risk management for the scope, acting as second line of defense and ensuring risk governance implementation.
• Support strategic projects as a Risk Officer within AXA GO, ensuring use of the Risk Project Framework.
• Deliver risk opinions and second‑opinion analysis on specific topics such as critical contracts, products, or requests from GO EXCOM.
• Act as the point of contact for the scope, establishing governance to ensure implementation of the risk framework and periodic follow‑up with GMs.
• Serve as Audit Remediation Manager, monitoring and supporting audit remediation plans to secure on‑time delivery.

• Deliver Risk BAU aligned with the Risk Framework: risk identification, quantification, and emerging risk campaigns; monitor KRIs and update SCALA.
• Build trustful relationships with GMs and AXA GO executives; conduct periodic O2O and monthly Risk & Compliance meetings.
• Prioritize and deliver tasks with manager support, raising alerts on sensitive situations or workload issues.
• Deliver risk assessment on demand for specific projects, contract negotiations, or IT refresh projects.
• Drive projects according to the yearly plan defined by the risk management team.

Experience

• +2–5 years of risk or audit (IT and operational).
• +2–5 years of functional management in an international context (project, center of services).
• Strong expertise in IT related activities and risks.
• Strong expertise in risk frameworks (CRISC recommended).
