That’s why we’re on a mission to identify, empower, and accelerate the next generation of transformative startups—and we are looking for a Senior Innovation Consultant with the experience, strategic insight, and passion to drive innovation across Italy.
As a Senior Innovation Consultant, you will be a key driver in our Delivery Excellence unit. You will lead strategic consulting projects, manage open innovation programs, and act as a bridge between corporate partners, startups, and investors to shape the future of Agrifood Tech.
Your expertise in strategy, innovation, and the Agrifood Tech space will help position Eatable Adventures as a leader in the evolving food ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Innovation Projects:
Oversee strategic consulting projects for leading food companies, ensuring high-quality execution and business case development. - Methodology Mastery:
Apply advanced knowledge of professional disciplines and industry-leading methodologies for innovation strategy and open innovation programs. - Operational Optimization:
Influence the direction of new services and processes; identify resources needed to optimize area operations.
- Strategic Advisory:
Maintain a proactive, investigative, and advisory attitude toward corporate innovation teams, anticipating potential needs and identifying new business opportunities. - Relationship Management:
Effectively manage established links and relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Commercial Development:
Lead the creation of commercial proposals, defining strategic direction, methodologies, and budgeting aligned with client goals. - Market Insight:
Conduct thorough market research and trend analysis to enhance consulting offerings and maintain industry leadership.
- Indirect Leadership:
Provide guidance and support in team development; mentor less experienced members and encourage collaboration, even without formal management duties. - Culture of Accountability:
Promote a culture of accuracy and thoroughness, auditing work processes to correct inefficiencies.
- Experience & Background – 5+ years of experience in innovation consulting or strategy development preferably within the food industry, Agrifood Tech, or related sectors.
- Education:
Required University degree or specialized technical training/certification. - Knowledge:
Advanced knowledge of technical tasks and specific professional disciplines within the food industry. - Project Management Expertise – Proven experience leading and managing innovation or strategy consulting projects, including work planning, client engagement, and project execution.
- Client Relationship Management – Strong ability to build, maintain, and expand relationships with corporate clients, innovation teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and successful project delivery, always trying to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Consulting Methodologies & Tools – Familiarity with industry-leading methodologies for innovation strategy, open innovation programs, and business case development.
- Leadership & Team Management – Experience managing and mentoring consulting teams, ensuring effective collaboration, timely delivery, and quality outcomes.
- Commercial Proposal Development – Proven ability to create commercial proposals, outlining strategic direction, methodologies, and budgets, while ensuring alignment with client needs.
