As a
Senior Project Manager – Avionics / Electronic Systems (Development Phase)you will be responsible for the
end‑to‑end execution of complex, multi‑national projects
in the aeronautics and defense domain during the
development phase
.

You will:

• Lead
  project and program execution
  for sophisticated electronic systems (hardware, firmware, software).
• Ensure
  alignment with customer expectations
  , maintaining a high level of
  trust and satisfaction
  .
• Drive
  cross‑functional coordination
  across engineering, industrial, supply chain and external partners.
• Implement
  strong governance and project control
  in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

• 10+ years of project management experience
  , including leadership of
  complex technical projects / programs
  .
• Proven experience in
  aeronautics, defense or highly regulated industries
  (strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated success managing
  international, cross‑functional projects
  with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong experience in
  supplier management
  and
  production follow‑up
  .
• Solid understanding of
  electronic systems development
  :
  
  Hardware and/or
  embedded systems
  .
• Product lifecycle milestones (e.g.
  PDR, CRD, TRR, QR
  ).
• Experience managing projects with
  high technical complexity
  and
  capacity/resource constraints
  .

• Fluent English
  (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• French
  is a strong plus for interaction with local teams, suppliers and customers.

• Lead

• Ensure
  technical progress
  is aligned with project milestones and customer commitments.

• Implement
  strong governance and project control processes
  .
• Provide
  clear, structured reporting
  to senior management and stakeholders:
  
  KPIs, risks, issues, mitigation plans and decision points.
• Anticipate and
  resolve issues proactively
  in a fast‑moving environment.

• Act as a
  key interface with customers
  , ensuring:
  
  Transparent communication.
• Alignment on expectations, risks and decisions.
