We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Scrum Master, reporting to the Manager of Engineering Operations, for our Technology Hub in Madrid. This is a unique opportunity to become part of the founding team that helps shape the culture, practices, and technical direction. As a core member of the Engineering Operations team, the Senior Scrum Master will work hand-in-hand with our Senior Delivery Enablement Lead and Senior Engineering Governance Lead to establish world-class delivery practices. You will be deeply involved in the day-to-day delivery loops and ceremonies across Software Engineering, Dev Ops, and Support teams. Your goal is to help roll out and implement a standardised, metric-driven Agile framework across our global engineering teams, focusing heavily on daily operational work while supporting the standardisation of our way of working.

This framework will provide clear operational standards while leaving flexibility for each team's unique operational nuances.
