Job Description

• Define and execute the company's strategic plan to drive sustainable growth, profitability and long-term value creation.
• Lead the evaluation, integration and performance improvement of acquired businesses, ensuring operational synergies and cultural alignment.
• Oversee end-to-end business operations, including P&L management, budgeting, cash flow, forecasting and key operational performance metrics.
• Develop and manage the commercial strategy, identifying opportunities for organic growth, cross-selling, market expansion and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure high standards of service delivery, quality, safety and effective resolution of operational challenges across all business units.
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing leadership team while driving accountability, collaboration and consistent execution across multiple sites.
• Establish robust governance, reporting structures and management processes while monitoring KPIs and driving continuous performance improvement.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven senior leadership experience within industrial engineering, technical services, automation, industrial solutions or related project-based environments.
• Strong track record of full P&L ownership and delivering commercial growth, operational improvements and business performance.
• Solid understanding of project-driven operations, engineering services, industrial installations or comparable technical activities.
• Demonstrated success leading organisational transformation, stakeholder management and post-acquisition integration across decentralised businesses.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on and results-oriented leader with a strong ownership mindset and the ability to translate strategy into execution.
