Jefe​/a de Rampa MAD

We are looking for a Ramp Manager to lead and coordinate airside operations, ensuring operational safety
, efficiency in daily operations, and full compliance with company standards and current regulations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of all ramp handling activities
, as well as supervising, developing and motivating the team under their responsibility.

• Coordinate the execution of airside and load control procedures and processes
  , ensuring effective synchronization of ground teams.

• Guarantee operational and occupational safety
  , complying with all requirements for aircraft dispatch.

• Ensure proper loading and unloading
  , ramp equipment management, and passenger transportation to and from the terminal.

• Supervise daily operations and ensure flight schedules are met.

• Lead, supervise and motivate the ramp team in the performance of their duties.

• Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards
  .

• Keep operational manuals and other key documentation up to date.

• Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, environmental and operational safety regulations
  .

• Be responsible for internal base audits
  , ensuring correct execution across all operational areas.

• Establish and oversee processes to manage delays and operational incidents
  , reporting to AENA when required.

• Perform various administrative tasks related to the role.
