Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced law enforcement professional to join our team as an Emergency Services Ambassador - Police, based in Madrid.

This role is suited to a senior professional with strong operational experience, leadership capability, and a proven ability to build trusted relationships with public safety agencies and corporate stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Spanish law enforcement and emergency services environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders across government and public safety organisations.

A collaborative approach, cultural awareness, and a commitment to operational excellence are essential for success in this role.

In this role, you will support the safe and effective integration of emerging transportation technologies by working closely with police services and other public safety agencies across Spain.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering training and educational sessions to law enforcement and public safety professionals on emerging transportation technologies and emergency response applications
• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with police services, government representatives, and other public safety stakeholders
• Supporting incident response by providing clear and accurate technical guidance to relevant personnel
• Gathering insights and feedback from emergency services and translating these into reports, assessments, and actionable recommendations
• Developing and supporting the strategic vision of the programme, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational effectiveness
• Applying an understanding of emerging transportation technologies to support operational response and decision‑making
• Representing the programme at relevant meetings, conferences, workshops, and industry events
• Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to support effective communication and alignment

You will be part of a team of experienced emergency services and security professionals, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners across Spain and internationally.

You will collaborate with police agencies, government representatives, public safety organisations, technical specialists, and global teams to support the programme's objectives.

The role involves regular cross‑functional engagement and requires the ability to build effective relationships across different organisations and professional environments.

Required

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in policing or law enforcement
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership position, including experience managing teams and complex operational environments
• Strong knowledge of Spanish policing frameworks and emergency response structures
• Proven experience working collaboratively across multiple agencies and stakeholders
• Experience supporting or participating in complex operations, incident response, investigations, or joint initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, government representatives, and public safety partners
• Professional fluency in Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional working proficiency in English to collaborate effectively with global teams
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment

Preferred

• Experience working within the Madrid law enforcement or public safety environment
• Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Criminology, Law, Policing Studies, Public Administration, or a related field
• Experience working with or supporting emerging technologies
• Experience engaging with technology companies or organisations operating in innovative transportation or mobility environments
