** Position Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Contract Renewal Specialist to join our Direct maintenance renewals team. This role is responsible for driving on-time renewals, maintaining revenue continuity, and ensuring customers receive accurate, timely maintenance quotes for assigned regions and accounts. They will partner closely with Sales, Customers, other stakeholders and occasionally Partners to validate installed base details, resolve entitlement discrepancies, and ensure smooth execution of renewal opportunities.
** Key Responsibilities**:
· Work with customers, sales, and management to adjust scope and pricing as required
** Skills and Capabilities**:
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex pricing models.
· Experience with SaaS, software licensing, or hardware support models
· Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
· Experience with AI, process improvement, automation a plus
· Ability to interpret contracts, quotes, and purchase orders
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with partners and internal teams.
· Relationship‑building skills with cross-functional teams.
· Ability to balance precision with efficiency under time pressure.
· Proficiency in using SFDC, CPQ and SFDC reporting
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple renewals simultaneously.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience in the telecommunications equipment, technology, and / or software industry is preferred.
** Qualifications**:
· 2 to 4 years of experience in account management, sales, renewals, customer success or a related role
· Experience working with CRM and CPQ tools
· Strong Excel skills
· Experience with support/maintenance models in telecom, networking, or technology.
