We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Civil Interface Engineer to join our team and lead the coordination of civil engineering interfaces for a major water tender. This is a critical role that ensures seamless integration between civil works and multidisciplinary systems for large‑scale water treatment projects.

• Lead coordination of civil engineering interfaces between design, construction, and other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, process).
• Manage integration of civil works with water treatment plant structures, pipelines, and supporting infrastructure.
• Review and approve civil design deliverables, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Develop and maintain interface management plans, identifying critical touchpoints between civil and non‑civil systems.
• Facilitate technical workshops and interface meetings with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress of civil works and resolve interface issues to avoid delays and reworkli>
• Ensure constructability and sequencing alignment between civil works and plant installation activities.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely delivery of civil‑related materials and equipment.
• Manage change control for civil interfaces, assessing impacts on schedule, cost, and quality.
• Provide technical support during commissioning, ensuring civil systems are integrated and functional.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout civil works execution.
• Report interface risks and mitigation strategies to project management and stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related discipline (master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3–5 years in interface management roles.
• Proven experience on large‑scale infrastructure or water treatment plant projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil design standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary coordination and interface management processes.
• Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar) and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and resolve complex interface issues.
• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance in construction projects.
