• Leadership and Communication:Excellent communication and leadership skills, with advanced proficiency in English and German or Spanish.
• Proactive and Decisive:Hands‑on mentality with a strong decision‑making personality.
• Tech‑Savvy:Proficient in common IT tools such as MS Office and MS Project.
