You’ll be working at

Mitsubishi Power Europe is a company specializing in sustainable energy technologies across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. As a manufacturer and energy plant constructor with over 100 years of experience;
Mitsubishi Power Europe focuses on providing long-term and cost-effective solutions for its customers.

Support the Field Service team with hands-on engineering tasks and contribute to the standardization of backoffice processes to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Degree Disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, preferably an undergraduate student that has gained access to university through the articulation route with technical college experience in a hands-on practical environment.
Skills Required: Technical and analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and proficiency in documenting procedures.

What the student will gain:

Responsibilities:

Assist engineers in on-site service operations, including equipment inspections, testing and maintenance.

Support the planning and post-outage deliverables of maintenance activities.

Contribute to troubleshooting and problem-solving for equipment performance and system failures.

Prepare, review, and standardise technical service reports and procedures.

Collaborate on the standardisation of workflows for field service operations and data documentation.

Support the implementation of digital tools for streamlining communication between field and other operational teams.

Participate in team meetings to identify challenges in current activities and recommend/action solutions.

Work with the back office team to align operational practices with company standards.
