Design, develop, and optimize the automation systems of standardized AGV products, ensuring their technical feasibility, functionality, scalability, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

• Lead the automation design of new standardized AGV models
• Standardize the control of architecture, software structure, and communication protocols.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure product quality.
• Develop and maintain control programs for AGVs (PLC, HMI, safety systems).
• Define the continuous integration test procedure for the automation software libraries.
• Participate in validation tests, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document automation systems: control diagrams, software manuals, and technical datasheets.
• Support product industrialization and scalability from an automation perspective.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety and automation standards.

• Liderar el diseño de automatización de nuevos modelos estandarizados de AGVs.
• Estandarizar arquitectura de control, estructura de software y protocolos de comunicación.
• Colaborar con los diferentes equipos para asegurar la calidad del producto.
• Desarrollar y mantener programas de control para AGVs (PLC, HMI, sistemas de seguridad).
• Definir el proceso de integración continua de las librerías de automatización.
• Participar en pruebas de validación, resolución de problemas y propuestas de mejora continua.
• Documentar los sistemas de automatización: esquemas de control, manuales de software y fichas técnicas.
• Colaborar en la industrialización del producto y su escalabilidad desde el punto de vista de automatización.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas de seguridad y automatización aplicables.

• Degree in Automation Engineering, Industrial Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.

• Proficiency in automation tools and programming environments (TIA Portal, Codesys, etc.).
• Knowledge of navigation systems, sensors, PLCs, safety systems, and industrial communication protocols.
• Knowledge of Dev Ops protocols and procedures.
