We seek to recruit for Spain:

Madrid or Valencia

Within the Field Application Business Development team, you will act as the main technical interface to the customer.

You are responsible for the technical promotion and support of our components (passive and semiconductors) to the customers and you will ensure the link between our sales team and the development of products for our customers technical request.

You will be in charge of the industrial and automotive sectors and will carry out the following tasks
:

• Technical clarification of the customer application and development of conceptual solution proposals (all active and passive components);
• Competent advice to the customer (developer) on technical questions for VISHAY components;
• Internal communication and cooperation with all divisions;
• Determination of the components behind the specific applications and design‑in of the selected components;
• Specifying and evaluating the customer's task using the existing components (possibly new product ideas for divisions);
• Systematic collection and arrangement of all relevant information on customer tasks and forwarding to the responsible divisions in the company;
• Bringing application knowledge into the company (R&D, Marketing, Sales).

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields;
• Strong experience in a similar function;
• Experience with electronic components (function / structure / application), preferably in automotive industry;
• Excellent English and Spanish skills, written and spoken;
• Strong communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills;
