Corporate EHS Expert; m​/f​/d

Befesa Medio Ambiente S.L.U in Madrid to join our team and help drive the circular economy globally.

• Develop and implement corporate safety improvement programs and training initiatives across multiple sites
• Monitor progress on action plans and EHS initiatives, ensuring structured and systematic follow-up
• Lead and support safety improvement projects at plant level
• Participate in corporate EHS audits and provide recommendations for improvement
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for corporate leadership
• Provide ad hoc support for safety-related projects and requests

• Degree or qualification in Occupational Health & Safety (engineering background preferred)
• 5+ years’ EHS experience, ideally in multisite manufacturing or metals industries
• Strong project management, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience in multicultural teams and international environments
• English & Spanish (B2+);
  German and French are a plus.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable with frequent travel
• Availability to travel approx. 30–40%
