Energy Efficiency Manager (H/M/X)
Manpower Group is currently partnering with a leading international player in the energy transition space, recognised for delivering innovative and fully funded solutions in energy efficiency and green energy production.

Key Responsibilities:

• With a strong global footprint across Europe, Latin America, Africa and Asia, the company has positioned itself as a trusted partner for both SMEs and large multinational organisations, supporting them in reducing energy costs while accelerating their decarbonization journey.
• Participation in the company’s strategy in the field of Energy Efficiency and Decarbonization (refrigeration, heating, steam, climate systems).
• Evaluation of project opportunities based on their technical and economic feasibility.
• Development of technical solutions in coordination with the Operations Department.
• Preparation of technical-economic proposals aligned with project requirements.
• Support in the preparation of business cases with the finance department.
• Collaboration in contract definition with internal stakeholders (legal, operations).
• Participation in industry events and technical forums.

• Engineer or technical academic background
• At least 4–5 years of experience in industrial services companies (energy services companies, engineering firms, energy auditing companies, installation companies, equipment manufacturers, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of decarbonization and energy efficiency, including key measures across energy vectors (refrigeration, heating, steam, climate systems)
• Experience analysing technical solutions and project feasibility
• Proactive and autonomous profile with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders (technical, financial, legal)
• High level of English
