Your MissionThe Site Developer is responsible for managing the early stages of EV fast‑charging site development, from site qualification and stakeholder engagement to contract execution and site readiness before handover to the Deployment team. This role supports project execution by coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring sites are fully contracted, technically validated, and ready for construction. Working within the Iberia Flash Charging Team, the position collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners to drive successful project delivery in a fast‑paced environment.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
1. Landlord Ecosystem Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with landlords, site hosts, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site progression and ongoing engagement.
2. Site QualificationAssess technical and commercial viability through feasibility checks, grid validation, and early identification of permitting or planning risks.
3. Contract Sign-OffCoordinate the contractual process, manage documentation and approvals, and ensure agreements are completed accurately and on time.
4. Site ReadinessEnsure all pre‑construction requirements are met, including permits, approvals, grid requests, and resolution of any technical or administrative blockers.
5. Handover to Deployment TeamPrepare complete handover packages and ensure all contractual, technical, and operational requirements are in place for deployment.
6. Pipeline Management & ReportingMaintain and track the site development pipeline, providing regular updates on progress, risks, delays, and key milestones.
7. Special Projects SupportSupport cross‑functional initiatives and strategic projects by coordinating stakeholders, deliverables, and timelines as needed.
What You Bring- 3+ years of experience in project management, in the EV charging, high power charging system and/or Battery Storage systems space
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a structured and organized manner.
- Experience coordinating across contractors, public authorities, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with permitting, grid connection, or civil/electrical works processes is a strong advantage.
- Detail‑oriented with strong administrative and documentation skills.
- Motivated, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑moving environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English required;
Portuguese is a plus. - Willingness and ability to travel regularly within Spain and Portugal.
- Valid driving licence required.
