Global BU HSE Fire and Explosion Program Lead (F/M/D)
We are looking for a Global Fire and Explosion Safety Specialist to join our team as Program Lead.
In this role, you will lead and manage our Fire and Explosion Safety Program, ensuring compliance with internal, industry, and regulatory standards across our global facilities.
This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our safety culture and operational excellence.
How you’ll make an impactLead the BU Fire and Explosion Safety Program, including related processes and technical guidance.
Assess and safeguard Fire and Explosion prevention systems on BU TR facilities, tools, and equipment.
Develop and implement cross-functional strategies for Fire and Explosion safety measures and standards.
Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies for Fire and Explosion safety.
Provide training and develop technical competencies in Fire and Explosion safety at local sites.
Define requirements for Fire and Explosion safety during purchasing, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
Coordinate with internal Real Estate projects to ensure compliance with legal and internal safety requirements.
Investigate Fire and Explosion incidents, determine root causes, and prepare corrective and preventive action plans.
Your backgroundBachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering, with a specialization in Fire and Explosion safety.
Over 8 years of experience in relevant functions. In-depth understanding of EN (EU) Fire and Explosion Regulations, SEVESO, ATEX, British Standards, API, and NFPA requirements.
Experience in defining and conducting Fire and Explosion safety inspections and audits.
Proven ability to collaborate with insurance companies on Fire and Explosion prevention.
Strong technical safety knowledge and experience in risk review for capital projects related to Fire and Explosion safety.
Willingness to travel globally (10-20% time), and fluency in English.

Theminimum salary for this position in the location specified is as follows:
Italy: starting from
52,700 gross annual salary
The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.
