Job position requirements

We require a Ph.D. candidate with experience in the field of electron devices In Particular, we focus on a person having experience in the development of compact device modeling, SPICE simulation and with programming skills in general programs such as python, Matlab or similar.

• Experience on memristors is also acknowledged.
• Experience in circuit simulation with SPICE.
• Experience in neuromorphic circuits and/or in-memory computing.
• Experience in web programming.

38.400 € gross salary per year

Eligibility criteria

• Research experience (electron devices) 40
• Programming skills 20
• Experience in compact modelling, neuromorphic circuit simulation 25
• SPICE simulation experience 15
