We are seeking Legal Counsel with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience to support the legal function and the business of the Atos Group in Iberia. As Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in both day-to-day support to the business on legal matters, working as an integral part of the Atos legal team in Iberia.

We are looking for a qualified legal professional with demonstrated experience gained in a law firm or a top-tier commercial organization—ideally, though not necessarily, within the IT or technology services sector.

Candidates are expected to have a strong background advising businesses in public sector law and in commercial and vendor contracting. Experience with commercial and procurement contracts (outsourcing, consulting, licensing, hosting, and other services), as well as compliance and GDPR, will be considered a strong asset.

• Analise private and public sector tenders as per the Atos Group internal policies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (customer contracts, partnerships, alliances, vendor contracts)
• Liaise with different internal stakeholders to provide legal support
• Support the legal department in implementing and overseeing legal processes and controls.
• Provide legal awareness to the business
• Participate in Group Legal Department initiatives and cross-regional projects.
