We are looking for you! We want you to join #Ecija Team as a lawyer in the area of Labour Law in our Madrid office.
Requirements:
- Degree in Law and Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession.
- At least 5 years of experience in labor law, gained in a law firm or company.
- Experience in handling administrative and judicial procedures, as well as in advising on individual and collective labor matters, including dismissals, sanctions, substantial modifications, and working conditions.
- Valuable experience in labor compliance (corporate policies) and equality (equality plans, harassment prevention, handling internal complaints, etc.).
- Advanced level of spoken and written English.
