Legal Counsel; Infrastructure

• Management of national and international corporate vehicles, as well as ensuring the existence and updating of the necessary authorizations for the development of each commercial activity.
• Preparation, review, and negotiation of settlements and contracts. Review of communications with legal implications. Management and monitoring of commercial disputes.
• Review of corporate guarantees or counter-guarantees (sureties, guarantees, comfort letters, etc.).
• Risk and opportunity matrix for tender documents and institutional contracts.
• Due diligences and purchase and sale of legal entities.
• Legal coordination with external lawyers and/or defense of the company’s interests in litigious matters.
• Coordination with external advisors in the countries where the company operates.
• Legal support to the various business and corporate areas, on administrative, commercial, contractual, labor, or any other legal matters.

• At least 10 years of experience in the construction, energy, infrastructure and/or concessions sectors, and a minimum of 5 years as a corporate lawyer.
• Law degree; postgraduate studies will be valued.
• French will be an asset.
• Availability to travel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, structured, and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong ethical principles of confidentiality and discretion.
• Proactive attitude and ability to operate effectively in multicultural environments.
