Position Summary:

Mainly in charge of defending proceedings against the company, drafting contracts, legal business support, assistance, and advice on legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

• Advice on Regulatory Compliance in accordance with the area of business activity
• Drafting and review of contracts
• Answer to lawsuits against the company
• Response to regulatory bodies and business units, including preparation of necessary documentation and reports validated by the Legal Department
• Study and analysis of legal issues affecting the company
• Supervision and updating of internal procedures
• Review and update of the company's compliance protocols periodically
• Respond to rights exercise and claims by debtors, including confirmation requests from credit information systems

Professional Experience/

Qualifications:

• Law degree
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience or training in data protection
• Experience or training in compliance
• High proficiency in English (desirable)
• Attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Time management skills
• Strong writing skills
