Senior Corporate & Real Estate Lawyer

We are looking for you! We want you to join #Ecija Team as a lawyer in the Corporate department at
our Madrid office.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of professional experience, acquired in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Proven experience in corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and company formations) and real estate transactions (sales, leases, developments and project financing).
• Have participated in due diligence processes in corporate and real estate matters, as well as in the drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts and agreements between partners.
• Direct management of client relationships and support in business development initiatives.
• Proficiency in commercial and real estate law.
• High level of spoken and written English (C1/C2).
• Writing and negotiation skills in Spanish and English.
• Proactive, customer-oriented profile with teamwork skills.
