Recepcionista

Necesitamos incorporar en nuestra oficina de Madrid un/a Recepcionista a jornada parcial en horario de tarde (30h/semana).

• Controlar y registrar las entradas y salidas de clientes y visitas.
• Comunicar las visitas a las secretarias y los abogados con el fin de asegurar que las visitas tengan una buena imagen del despacho.
• Gestión de las solicitudes de reserva de salas y atención a las necesidades de las reuniones en curso.
• Recibir y atender a clientes.

• Proactiva y muy organizada.
• Comprometida con la calidad del servicio y entendimiento del cliente.
• Recomendable estudios de protocolo.
• Nivel alto de inglés (C1).

Indefinido.

Horario:
Jornada de tarde (15:00 a 21:00).

Salario: 17.450€ (17.478,75€)
