Content Writer

Madrid-Based (Hybrid or Office) – Content Writer for the Irish Market

We’re looking for a content writer who can do more than just write well, someone who understands how content connects marketing, sales, and advertising when it’s done right.

You’ll be part of a growing creative team based in Madrid, crafting content for clients across Ireland. From Linked In and Instagram posts to SEO-driven blogs, landing pages, and ad campaigns, you’ll help shape the voice of local businesses and our own brand.

• Writing clear, strategic content for Irish businesses:
  • Blog posts, SEO articles, landing pages, and website copy
  • Social media content (Linked In, Instagram, etc.)
  • Ad campaign copy and email sequences
  • Video scripts and storytelling pieces
• Supporting and aligning marketing, sales, and advertising messaging
• Writing for a mix of industries, with clear brand voice and local relevance
• Assisting with keyword research, content planning, and SEO structuring
• Using tools (including AI) to boost productivity and quality
• Working closely with the content, marketing, and sales teams

• Has experience writing content across web, social media, and ad formats
• Understands the basics of SEO and knows how to structure content for performance
• Can adapt tone and style across clients, platforms, and industries
• Enjoys collaborating with creative, marketing, and sales teams
• Wants to help shape brand messaging that’s clear, local, and effective
• Cares about strategy and the purpose behind every piece of content
• Is curious, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in a fast-moving team

• You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and advertising, not in a silo
• You’ll play a key role in aligning messaging across client campaigns and our own
• You’ll be writing for the Irish market, supported by a team that understands it deeply
• You’ll get clear systems, strong feedback, and a collaborative environment
• You’ll have real responsibility and the chance to take ownership of content direction
